For those Volunteers, Learners, Physicians, and Professional Staff who do not have an @stjoes.ca email address, they can complete an access request for a unique one-time code to create their Perkopolis account. How to stay informed about benefits and premiums
As St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton continues in its efforts to ‘go green’ the Hospital has made the decision to transition from home mailing of individual notification of benefit premium changes letters to online updates of benefit premium changes.
All full-time employees on leave of absence that are enrolled in Hospital benefit plans can access information about premium costs by selecting the related information to you below:
In addition, access is now available to review your Manulife benefits online which will include notification of any collective agreement benefit changes or updates. The steps to register are outlined below. Once registered, click the email box for new messages, including any plan changes.
